Getting a little personal (sorry, Rule #2) and talking about our own experiences with therapy. We talk about what works, what doesn't, red flags, green flags, and what helps US when it comes to building peace of mind. It's amazing what you can learn about people just by talking to them.

I Could Be Wrong Now...

This is the part where things get waaarm... We get into IT-- talking about being civil and having disagreeable opinions, what it really means to judge and be judged for your beliefs, and how to keep things respectful when you have the nerve to bring up the hot topics. We even bring up some hot topics! It's amazing what you can learn about people just by talking to them.

Why So Sensitive?

There are things that are offensive to some people, and there are things that are not. Then there are things that may be insensitive, or they may be inappropriate. And still other things are just plain who-gives-a-flying-frog's-ass. It's amazing what you can learn about people just by talking to them.

All Dogs Matter

Making our good girl - Sadie G - a star here. Talking about how animals can be so much more than just pets, and the people (like us) who will go to the ends of the earth to make sure they're taken care of the way they deserve. The same way they do for us. It's amazing what you can learn about people just by talking to them.
